How does the booking process work from start to finish?
Booking your Christmas mini session is simple! Choose your preferred date and available time slot, and complete your booking with the $240 session payment. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation with your session details and preparation instructions.
After your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery to select your 8 favorite images. Your final edited photos will be delivered within one week of submitting your selections. Additional images and print upgrades will also be available for purchase.
What should we wear for our session?
We recommend coordinated outfits in classic holiday colors like cream, burgundy, forest green, and neutrals, or formal attire for a timeless, elegant look. Please avoid jeans and everyday casual wear to keep your portraits polished and festive. 🎄
How long does it take to get our photos?
Each Christmas mini session includes 8 professionally edited digital images of your choice. You’ll receive a private online gallery to select your favorite images. Once you’ve submitted your selections, your final edited photos will be delivered within one week. Additional images will be available for purchase.
Can we purchase additional images and upgrade to the full gallery?
Absolutely! You’ll have the option to purchase additional digital images and print products, including canvas prints, to enjoy your holiday memories beyond the digital gallery.
Payment Policy
Full payment of $240 is required at the time of booking to secure your Christmas mini session. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received.
Are there any restrictions
Yes. Pets are not permitted in the studio. The studio accommodates a maximum of 20 people at a time, including clients, guests, and photography crew. Please keep your group size within this limit when booking your Christmas mini session.
All studio rental payments are final and non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed, no refund will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused studio time.
